Due to the Chinese National Day holiday, the dispatch of accessories and complimentary gifts will be temporarily paused from 30 September to 8 October 2026, inclusive.

Orders for Electric Dirt Bikes, Electric Scooters and Electric Bikes are not affected. These products will continue to be dispatched as normal.

If your vehicle order includes a complimentary gift or accessory, the vehicle will be dispatched as usual, while the complimentary item will be sent separately. Dispatch of accessories and complimentary gifts will gradually resume from 9 October 2026.

Please note that your vehicle and complimentary gift may therefore arrive in separate deliveries.
